One Golden Square, Soho, in the City of Westminster, is located in one of the historic squares of Central London. The square is just east of Regent Street and north of Piccadilly Circus.

The location – the home of Absolute Radio which Bauer Media bought last December, is undertaking a period of building work and plans inc. 10 new studios, market-leading technology, a new live performance session space with video recording capabilities, and a refreshed reception to “reflect the location” as the home of the national brands, which include Kerrang!, Magic and Heat.

As a part of the building refurbishment project at One Golden Square, Bauer Media UK were looking for a cost-effective way restore their acoustic ceilings with the minimum of fuss and the offices remaining occupied and operational during the process.

Calabash carried out the suspended ceiling cleaning service at a fraction of the cost of ceiling replacement, out of hours (weekend), ensuring minimal disruption to their employees and the other contractors on site.
