Working as a ceiling cleaning contractor for Conamar Building Services – retail refurbishment and fit-out specialists, Calabash were appointed to clean suspended ceilings as a part of new concept fit-outs in John Lewis Oxford Street 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors, saving our client 75% of the cost of ceiling tile replacement.

Continuous site specific work includes cleaning of all metal perforated ceiling tiles, grids, exteriors of speakers and ventilation units, ensuring the works provide the minimum amount of disruption to store’s customers, visitors and staff.

Working in a live department store alongside shopfitting contractors (carrying out a fast-track programme) required detailed planning and speedy cooperation from our team.
